Director

Vicente Monarque, a filmmaker from Sonora, graduated from the Escuela Nacional de Artes Cinematográficas. He has directed a documentary short film (Shorts Mexico 2019); “Líneas de Alta Tensión”; “Te extraño” (animated short film in Dolby Atmos); and his senior thesis “Kobe”, a feature film (currently in post production).

Synopsis

When Pun-Pun, Pato and Alvi run away together, drifting memories of fear, desire, and regret unfold into a tender portrait of youth; where self-discovery, painful honesty and fragile dreams quietly collide.
