As we gear up for the start of a new academic year, we’re excited to announce that submissions for the 5th edition of the LJMU MA Short Film Festival will open very soon. From Monday 23rd September, you’ll be able to submit your work for consideration for the 2025 programme of the festival, in the category of Fiction, Documentary, Animation, or Experimental film. Submissions are open to students and alumni from ANY INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION and/or FILM SCHOOL provided their submission was made as part of their student work and completed after JANUARY 2022. This year’s festival promises to be bigger and better as we celebrate our fifth anniversary of championing and showcasing thought provoking, groundbreaking, original student work.
