Miriam Fox is a British animator and film maker. Graduate of UCA Farnham and the National Film and Television School, her short film “Look For Me”, inspired by her own diagnosis of autism, won Best International Short Film at the Focus on Ability Film Festival, Australia 2018, with other films being screened both around the world, as well as being shortlisted for the Yugo Student BAFTA and RTS Student Awards. She now works as a lecturer in animation filmmaking at the University for the Creative Arts.

Synopsis

Overwhelmed by the sudden suicide of his best friend, Jack, Liam is left to navigate his own inner torment. Dead silent explores the human struggle of accepting help and the dangers of not opening up.
