Dasha Levin is an award-winning Mexican American documentary filmmaker from San Diego, California. A graduate of Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, his work has been shown internationally, featured on PBS, and screened at Academy Award–qualifying festivals, earning honors including the nexGEN Filmmaker Award at the Berkshire International Film Festival and Best Student Documentary at the Emerging Filmmaker Showcase at the Cannes Film


Synopsis
A lyrical portrait of Nikyle Begay, a non-binary shepherd and weaver; working to preserve their way of life through the traditional art of weaving.
