Director

Sifan Alison Wu is a Chinese director, editor, and sound designer. She moved from
Nanjing to Los Angeles in 2023 to attend USC. She enjoys exploring the topics of
mother-daughter relationship, womanhood, hospice care for elders, and queerness through an analytical film lens. She aims to make and help develop more foreign language films that shed light on authentic Asian experiences.

Synopsis

An argument between mother and daughter over housing insecurities becomes a meditation on life and their complex relationship.
