Director

Matylda Maciejewska – a third-year animation student at the University of the Arts in Poznań. She is interested in projection mapping and VJing, which she explores through new visual experiments. She is also a musician, which influences her artistic sensitivity and the way she works with images. Her films have been shown at Polish and international festivals. She is a kebab lover — so much so that she decided to make it the subject of her bachelor’s film.

Paulina Woźniak is a young artist currently studying animation at the University of the Arts in Poznań. Her passion for art flourishes in various forms, blending her experiences in expressive drawing, sculpture, graphic design, and illustration, all of which influence her storytelling approach. Rarely using dialogue in her works, her filmic creations focus on exploring emotions.

Synopsis

Based on a poem by Krzysztof Kamil Baczyński, this animated film follows a solitary character as they journey through an inhospitable, alienating city.
