Cecilia Palmeri is a young Italian documentary filmmaker from Venice. She embarked on her directing journey with the short documentary film Core De Sta Città (2020). After working as a video editor, she specialized in Documentary Filmmaking at Prague Film School. Her short documentaries Two Cups Of Tea (2024) and Swim Higher (2024) have been distributed and have won awards in national and international film festivals. Her work focuses primarily on the topics of immigration and the social function of sports, reflecting her commitment to creating films that address critical societal issues.
